What if art isn’t just something we make, but another way of knowing ourselves?
That question is woven through everything you’ll experience with me, here in my studios in Whitley Bay.
For over twenty years, my work in psychotherapy and somatic practice has centred around helping people understand themselves more deeply, not only through what we think and say, but through what we feel, sense and experience.
Over time, I began to focus on what we can learn about ourselves through a different kind of doorway, one rooted in creativity and instinct.
I now bring my practice as an artist and my background in therapy together, creating a space where you can experience what happens when art becomes another way of exploring and understanding yourself.
You can drop into a weekly art class, join me for a workshop or book some time with me one-to-one.
There’s no commitment, you don’t need to know how to paint. You can simply come once, learn a different way of making art and create something you might never have imagined you were capable of making.
